1. How do I get my fav G+G items?
We have 2-4 special order drops per month with a curated collection of limited edition items. These items are not guaranteed to restock and are only available to purchase 24-48 hours after launch. This allows our GODsisters to have exclusive pieces each and every drop!
Just a heads up: most drops happen on Friday's between 12-3pm EST 😉
2. When will my items arrive?
All drops are special order and will be shipped within 7-21 business days. Please expect delays during the holiday season. As soon as your order is processed and shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation via email or text. Please note: items may be shipped from different production facilities. Please expect multiple packages.
3. What type of items come in the collections?
Each collection is different and specially curated for our GODsisters depending on season/holiday/special events/requested items etc. Collection items range from: t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, journals, lifestyle items etc.
Not every item will be available in each collection.
4. How do I know when the items will be available?
Please join our text and/or email list to get a VIP invitation to each collection launch. Some items are so exclusive that they don't even last the full 24 hours and we don't want you to miss out!
5. How will I know what's available in the next drop?
By signing up for our text/email list you will get VIP access to see what will be included in the next collection! Plus discount offers etc.
6. Will the items restock after they sell out?
Items are not guaranteed to EVERRRR restock once they sell out to keep each collection unique and special. If you really love a collection or items from a particular collection make sure you grab it because you may never see it again!
7. Can I change or cancel my order?
At this time we are unable to make order adjustments or cancellations. You may email email@example.com for any questions.
