Final Sale – Custom Made-to-Order

Every item is custom-made to order. For that reason, all purchases are final sale. Orders cannot be cancelled, changed, returned, or refunded once submitted.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged:

  1. E-mail care@girlplusgod.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.

  3. After review and verification, we may, at our sole discretion:

    • Repair or replace the item; or

    • Issue store credit.

Refunds to the original payment method are not available.
