How do I get the new collections?

New collections are released each month. These items are limited edition and curated just for our GODsisters based on color and style requests!

Will the items restock after they sell out?

Items are not guaranteed to EVERRRR restock once they sell out to keep each collection unique and special.  If you really love a collection or items from a particular collection make sure you grab it!

Shipping

When Will I Receive My Order?

Our goal is to get your G+G items to you as fast as possible. Once orders are placed they are immediatly sent to dispatch and processed within 3-7 business days. For higher volume days it may take 1-3 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped.

You will receive tracking information as soon as your item is shipped. Please refer to USPS, UPS, or Fedex with your tracking number to check shipping updates.

How Much Is Shipping?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

Order Questions

Where Can I Track My Order?

You can track your order by using the Your Order Has Shipped Confirmation Email. If you have not received an email one of two things has occurred: you did not use your email during checkout or your order has not yet shipped. 

If you used Sezzle at checkout you may have received order information via text. You can request your email to be added by simply emailing us at care@girlplusgod.com

Can I Change Or Cancel My Order?

At this time we are unable to make order adjustments or cancellations. You may email care@girlplusgod.com for any questions.

Why Am I Missing Items In My Order?

Items may be shipped from different production facilities. Please inquire via customer service if you feel that you are missing items from your order.

Where Is My Fav T-Shirt/Hoodie/Book/Set?

Items are not guaranteed to restock once they sell out. Please grab your favs when you see them available on the website and make sure you are apart of our email/text family!

How Do I Shop Now And Pay Later?

You can checkout with Sezzle and pay in 4 easy installments. Your order will still be processed immediatly.

Can I Exchange My Items?

1/1/22: We are no longer accepting exchanges/returns as all items are special order. If you have an issue with your item quality please email care@girlplusgod.com
