Shipping And Returns
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live.
All orders are sent to dispatch immediately after the order is placed, which means we are unable to cancel orders.
Normal processing/shipping time is 7-10 business days. Please read carefully when choosing your shipping option at checkout. Girl + God is not responsible for orders lost, mishandled or misplaced by USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
All pre-order items will be processed within 21-30 business days or the estimated shipping date given at checkout.
If you are using PayPal, please ensure that your shipping address is correct prior to checkout.
Once your order has been shipped and has arrived at USPS/UPS/FedEx, please refer to your tracking number and contact them directly for order updates. Orders may be shipped from different facilities.
Please refer to the size charts and product descriptions for each item. Since all sizes and figures are different we include model size information for you to reference.
T-Shirts and Pullovers are unisex so they run larger. Fashion items run true to size but may vary depending on the style.
We want you to love your Girl + God items as much as we do! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 7 days of receiving it for store credit ONLY. There are no refunds or exchanges at this time.
To return customers must contact our support team at email@example.com with the subject: Returns/Damage/Replacement and include your order number, name, and the reason for your return. If you are requesting a replacement for a damaged item please also include pictures.
Please note: any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
Items must be in saleable condition (no deodorant stains caused during fitting.) and all original tags must be attached. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, the smell of fragrances and smoke.
Please DO NOT return any items without contacting the customer support team first.
We are unable to refund original shipping costs. Customer is also responsible for return shipping.
